Privacy Policy
VttPostiz is a self-hosted social media scheduling dashboard operated by Vitatech ("we", "us") at vttlife.com. It is used internally to plan and schedule Vitatech's own video content across our social media channels. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can remove it.

Data we collect from TikTok
When you connect a TikTok account to VttPostiz, TikTok asks for your explicit consent. Only after you grant it do we receive and store:
- Basic profile information (
user.info.basic,user.info.profile) — your TikTok open ID, display name, username and avatar image URL. We use these solely to show which account a scheduled post belongs to inside our dashboard. - OAuth tokens — an access token and a refresh token issued by TikTok. These allow VttPostiz to upload media on your behalf without asking you to re-authenticate. They are never displayed and never shared.
What we do with it
We use the video.upload permission to transfer a video file you have selected
to your TikTok account's inbox as a draft, at the time you scheduled. You then open the
TikTok app and complete the post yourself, choosing the caption settings, privacy level and
any commercial content disclosure inside TikTok.
VttPostiz does not publish content directly to your public profile. It does not set privacy levels. It does not read, download, scrape or analyse content from TikTok, and it does not access your videos, comments, followers or analytics.
Where the data is stored
All data is stored on servers we control and administer ourselves. OAuth tokens are held encrypted at rest. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services inside VttPostiz, and we do not sell, rent or share any data with third parties.
How long we keep it
Profile information and tokens are retained only while the TikTok account remains connected. When you disconnect the channel, the associated tokens and profile data are deleted from our database. Media files you uploaded for scheduling are deleted once the scheduled transfer has completed or been cancelled.
Your choices
- Disconnect at any time — remove the channel from the VttPostiz dashboard. This deletes the stored tokens and profile data.
- Revoke from TikTok — you can also withdraw our access directly in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions.
- Request deletion — write to privacy@vttlife.com and we will erase any remaining data within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, or export your data, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Children
VttPostiz is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting connected accounts will be communicated directly.
