Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of VttPostiz, a self-hosted social media scheduling dashboard operated by Vitatech at vttlife.com. By connecting an account or using the service, you agree to them.
What the service does
VttPostiz lets an authorised user plan video content on a calendar, and transfer that content to a connected social media account at a chosen time. For TikTok, the video is delivered to the account's inbox as a draft; the account owner then completes and publishes the post inside the TikTok app.
Who may use it
The service is intended for Vitatech staff and authorised collaborators managing our own social media channels. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of any account you connect.
Connecting accounts
You connect a social media account through that platform's official authorisation flow. You may disconnect at any time from the dashboard, or by revoking access in the platform's own settings. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
Your content
You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant us only the technical permission needed to store it temporarily and transfer it to the destination account you selected. We do not claim ownership, and we do not reuse your content for any other purpose.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use VttPostiz to:
- publish content that infringes intellectual property rights, or that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing or harmful;
- operate accounts you are not authorised to manage, or engage in artificial engagement, spam or automated mass account activity;
- circumvent the rules, rate limits or review processes of any connected platform;
- interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.
Your use of any connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and community guidelines, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Where those rules are stricter than these terms, they prevail.
Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and scheduled transfers may fail for reasons outside our control, including changes to a platform's API, rate limits, or network conditions. Drafts delivered to a TikTok inbox expire if not completed within the window TikTok allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost reach, lost revenue, or the consequences of a post that failed to send or was published in error. You remain responsible for reviewing what you publish.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, or if required to keep the service compliant with a connected platform. You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. The revision date at the top will change, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Togo, and any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Lomé.
